2012-10-06 - IntuiSec is growing!

IntuiSec is proud to announce three new additions to the team this month. Jim Harris brings with him significant security experience in the Microsoft domain as well as some well sought after skills in the PCI DSS area. Neil Ramsay has a strong background in Linux and general application security and Antoine Mechain rounds off the new additions with skills in wireless security and various firewall technologies.

2012-09-11 - IntuiSec to present at the Technology and Privacy forum.

Simon Howard will be presenting at the Privacy Commissioner's Technology and Privacy forum on Wednesday 26th of September on "Privacy in the Age of Smart Phone - How Secure is your Mobile Device?". The talk will cover privacy issues with mobile phones, implications for your organisation, and tips to ensure that your private data remains private. If your organisation is currently looking at BYOD and Mobile Device Management then this talk is for you.

2012-02-23 - IntuiSec attends Governemnt IPv6 Day.

IntuiSec recently attended the New Zealand Government sponsored IPv6 day in Wellington.

Many topics were covered during the event; of particular interest to IntuiSec was the stream where the security implications of deploying IPv6 were discussed. If your organisation is looking to IPv6-enable your environment and aren't sure how to accomplish it in a secure manner, come and have a chat with us.

2011-03-01 - Exafern website live.

The Exafern website is now live! Go check it out.

2011-02-10 - Our sister company is now incorporated.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the creation of Exafern Limited. Exafern's aim is to deliver our expertise through an avenue other than pure consulting.

The website is not live at the time of writing but will exist soon with some more information about what this new company will deliver to its customers. The first piece of great news for the new year is the return of Simon Howard to his homeland after spending a couple of years in Europe. Simon gained a breadth of experience working for a Managed Service Provider in the UK and is ready to provide his services to our customers in New Zealand.
